10-21-2016 to 11-10-2016 – October brings “Ghosts of the Great Basin” to the Utah Arts Festival Gallery. Focusing on the animal world and nature, this show brings together three local artists of varying styles.

Jennifer Jo Deily uses abundant texture and vivid colors in her oil and acrylic paintings. Thomas Horton, photographer, states, “They seem to be arriving and leaving at the same time, halfway in and halfway out of the world,” referring to his series based on wild horses. Jennifer Love uses water media on paper focusing on the sights, sounds, and colors that remind us of the seasons in Utah.

The show can be seen from October 21st through November 10th. The show opens during Salt Lake Gallery Stroll on the evening of Friday, October 21st, from 6 – 9 p.m. Guests are also welcome to visit the exhibit during regular gallery hours from 10 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
